My sister bought her wedding dress from Bridal Gallery for her April 2005 wedding. She had a great experience with this store.
However, I went there when shopping for my wedding dress in October 2005 and wasn't quite so pleased. The lady at the counter was NOT friendly when we walked into the store. She explained how the dresses were set up and in the process insulted one of my BM in terms of what size dress she would need. They require one of their employees to help you try on the dress which made me very uncomfortable. They finally agreed that my MOH could help me into my dress. The employee assigned me continued to bring in dresses for me that were totally against anything I'd ever wear.
The only positive to this store is they do have a decent selection of designer gowns. Also, like I mentioned before, my sister went with them and had very positive results. Maybe it's hit or miss there.
