I know the comment is 3 years old but I happen to stumble across it. People always have negative things to say about businesses, I have not been an actual customer but as a tenant I can say that they do an excellent job on every repair I have had done, and get it done quickly, I have never had a non english speaking person to do any work on any of the 2 rentals I have had from them, even if I was not a tenant and I did have to hire a plumber, heating repair person or get a repair on a major appliance this would be the first place I would contact.
