Review content:
Harpers charges customer for false damages. When we rented our truck they were telling someone who had just returned a van that there were dents on the roof that they might be billed for. The customer was incredulous - "we just went to see the Volcano and drove back" he said. We were just as incredulous when we were charged $800.00 for repairs to tires when we drove the truck less than 100 miles on paved roads. There is no recourse to these charges without damaging your credit rating. Go somewhere else.
