I brought my dog (baby) to this kennel after looking around for the best kennel my money could afford. The rates was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly, the place was really clean. My dog was boarded for 5 days and was to receive a bath at the end of 5 day before pick up... This is where I ran into my problem they cut my dogs nails to short, the pickup time wasn't right, they lost my dog rug. Other than that I think she was treat good. I have told friends about they and would use them again
