Hey Lucky K ... You should be ashamed of yourself for writing such hateful things about Blue Ribbon & Mike. I've been taking my car there for years & Mike is the main reason I keep going back. He goes out of his way to explain things & has always been friendly & professional. I have recommended Blue Ribbon to numerous friends & have NEVER had one of them come away disappointed. Something tells me you've had a bad experience with automotive repairs in the past & just have a bad attitude towards the industry in general. You should really take a minute & think about what you put out there on the internet in a moment of anger. It's not very pretty.
