Yesterday I called "Keylore pet rest" I see tons of their ads on tv. I was told (very rudely) that I must send cash, not a credit or debit card, in advance to make a reservation. No biggie. so I asked if I could come by this weekend they said "absolutley not we are at capacity and there is no time for you". (again very rudely) So I explaine...d that it was the only time I had available prior to leaving on our trip cause I pretty much work 12hrs a day. So then she said very sarcastically that I must have big bucks if I work all those hours. That alone was a deal breaker, I have no idea what the hours I work have to do with a phone inquiry about boarding, but I continued...How will I be able to bring you cash prior to leaving if I can't even stop in for 5 min this weekend? Thats when she sealed the deal. Her response.."thats not my problem".
