Poor service, very rude. I took my log splitter in for warranty service. I told them what the problem was with the splitter. They wanted to glue parts together that originally required steel bolts. I told them no, and they still charged me a $20 diagnostic fee! There was no diagnosis needed, as we knew what the problem was in the first place. This place is a joke. If you need service, I recommend BTK Small Engine Repair on Allen Rd in Kimball Twp. Half the cost, half the time, and much better customer service than Darlings.
