I have known Dave Heiple for 15 years. I have worked with Dave on 4 different office lease negotiations. I highly recommend him and have referred him to other colleagues. He is very professional with extensive expertise in commercial real estate leasing. He has helped negotiate our leases but has also helped with appropriate attorney referrals, use of contractors and architects. I will never make any lease in the future without Dave Heiple
