Review content:
I had been to A-1 numerous times and was treated very well and they did good work. However, the last time I was there, I had them service my truck and check my front brakes (they were the last to do my brakes and it was pulling to the left). When I got my truck back at noon it had 4.5qts of oil instead of 3.5 like it is supposed to have. At first, they advised me to just drive it over the weekend (this was on a Friday) and bring it back Monday. I was nice about it but told them I wanted it fixed that day. Took them 3-4 hours to fix (I left it there again). That weekend, I noticed that 2 of my lug nuts on the front wheels were stripped, could not even get a socket on them. Took it back Monday morning and was once again nice and told them the problem. The man that runs it (owns it maybe?) proceeded to throw a hissy fit, slammed my refund down on the counter, and told me to "take my business elsewhere since they can't seem to please me."
