Review content:
We were referred to this store by neighbors, so we didn't bother doing any research on the internet. That was our big mistake. If you go to the BBB, you'll find that they have an 'F' rating and if you google them, you'll find a string of complaints that are pretty consistent with our experience. The owner, Andrew Anker, starts out quite helpful but as soon as you provide a deposit, and later when you come to pick up the product, it's like a Jeckel & Hyde. He is rude and highly unprofessional. In our case, I was trying to match chairs to my kitchen table. He looked up the brand and found the closest match. I gave him a deposit, and when I went to get the chairs, I asked to see them first before providing full payment. He got all fussy and said that I'd already put in the order and couldn't back out. I insisted on seeing the chairs and he marched me out the back of the store, to the parking lot area where the chairs were exposed to the elements, not even covered with plastic. One was dam
