Review content:
This company put in a new furnace that they said would be good. They sold us a service contract and said that we were priority clients but when the heat went off in the middle of the night, in the winter, they hesitated on coming. We also always had to remind them to give us the contract price which they always forgot. \r
Their mark up on small parts is sky high, and they have a lot of excuses for when they would arrive.\r
If you want aggravation, deal with this company!
