Many times your questions are answered over the phone, and all the arrangements can be done over the phone without your coming in. I have been impressed with them, and I have known some people who have used them and were pleased. They will even send you brochures and offer helpful tips and information. They have elusive deals you may not have heard of too. They can also give you an estimate of how much spending money you will need to take with you on almost any trip you choose.
