This company is the worst company in the history of management companies. They do not return calls or answer emails. They lie to homeowners and cause friction between the owners and the board. They are unprofessional and the worse of the worse. Our community has fallen to crap since they have started to run things. They are money hungry, evil deplorable human beings only out to milk homeowners of their hard ean money. They do not know the definition of management. They know the definition of lying, manipulation, and avoidance. \r

I plan to try to get them investigated for fraud. It is that serious. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! DO NOT CONSIDER THEM AS YOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY! RUN in the opposite direction. Do not purchase a home in a subdivision where they are the management team. You will be severely disappointed.
