As the seller and just speaking with the buyer concerning this companies handling of the preparation of the paperwork, the manner at which we were treated at the closing and their lack of informing us that they were not able to complete the transaction in the timeframe that they verbally said they would complete this transaction, firms up our thought that we will never again use the Hickman Land Title company of Logan Utah again. I have used several other before and not had anything happen like this. I just received a phone call from the buyer and he said that his bank said that they did not receive the paperwork until 22 hours after everyone had signed them. BTW all papers were signed during banking hours the day prior so plenty of time to get things done. Also if they knew this was happening then they should of kept all parties informed at the very least.
