I was a client for my 2 dogs at Old Marple for about 2 years before I left. The prices are high, but I was willing to pay because of the 24 hr emergency service they offered. Because of recent experiences I am no longer a client.\r

It started out that I had trouble seeing the same vet twice, and since there are so many vets there neither myself nor my dogs became comfortable with 1 vet. Recently, I took my 7 yr old Lhasa Apso in to see a specialist as he was having hip problems. The vet he saw did not even touch him; she watched him walk around the room twice and recommended surgery. I was surprised but insisted we try supplements or something other than surgery first. The vet said only that surgery was the best option, left 10min after she arrived, and handed me a large bill. I got a 2nd opinion and was given options from supplements to a different exercise routine to surgery.\r

I went for a 2nd opinion for other reasons, as my husband's officemate was told her cat needed to
