I will never under stand why people have animals if they are not going to care for them properly. my grandson and I went to see the "farm zoo" at Freddy Hill yesterday and it was totally disgusting. The animals are living on cement slabs with no grass and no enrichment. They are obviously depressed and neglected. They have no trees to offer shade, only "igloos" that have junk in them. The male white tale deer just stared into space maybe 5 feet from the fence. not the way to treat other living creatures. In this case the quote, "Be the change you want to see in the world", comes to mind and I'm going to do whatever I can even if it's only to make as many people possible aware of what I saw. These animals have been haunting me since the visit and I believe that there need to be changes made. If possible I would have given them a "0"...
