Im so sorry that someone had a bad experience with Sue (the head groomer and owner) of All My Dogs. I can only think whatever transpired had to have been a real misunderstanding. I have a very very tiny teacup poodle (2.3 lbs. full grown) and have taken him to Sue exclusively and took my previous teacup poodle there as well. When my first dog died rather suddenly Sue sent a lovely card of sympathy signed by all the groomers, even though we had only been clients for a short time. She was thrilled when I got another even tinier teacup poodle and brought him to her to groom. My dogs are so little they cannot be clipped with shears; they have to be hand scissored which is very difficult. They do this with a smile and he looks fabulous. He's never stressed when I drop him off or pick him up, he even wags his tail going inside and everyone greets him before me! (as it should be!) There has never been a time that I have had any concern whatsoever that they have had to sedate any of t
