I had my hair done by Sabrina and she did a terrible job. I asked for kate hudson and got a "muddy blond". When I called and complained they said I could come back in, but ended up only making it minorly better and not even offering to fix it further or have me come back in a week or so to fix it. Furthermore, they charged me for the product used when I came back. If I have ever been unhappy in the past, the salons I have gone to have fixed it FOR FREE. Sabrina told me she thought she did a good job even though I didn't like it and although she was very sweet, she doesn't seem to know that if the client is happy, the stylist didn't do a good job. I'm truly disappointed in this experience. And it is not even cheap! The manager was there the entire time and didn't even apologize or ask what she could do.
