PERFECT in all respects!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! (and I'm a laser engineer that knows what I am talking about.)
Had been w/o AC in the extended ~2-wk, 100+ deg days and AC failed on a Friday night. On Monday, called multiple companies and none could come by until the following week. I even offered to pay extra or pay OT and none could do it. They were too busy.
I got Roger Stuth's tele# from a neighbor that had recently had an AC leak and had used Lake Travis Air Conditioning and was very pleased with the prompt attention, quality, price, and friendliness.
I called Roger at 4:30PM on Monday, and he arrived before noon on Tuesday and affected the repair in <30 minutes and even topped off the freon at no charge. The total for the repair was more than reasonable!
The BEST thing is Roger's personal approach to business. He took the extra time to discuss local issues, local businesses where he has been provided excellent products or services. With the 100 deg+ heat, Roger could have easily left quickly, but he took the time to get to know his customer (my wife and I).
Roger Stuth is world-class in all respects. His honesty and integrity make him successful.
One thing is for sure, Roger Stuth now has ALL of my Ht/AC business for as long as I am in the Austin area, and if I need a recommendation for any other service, I know that I can call Roger and get an accurate and fair opinion on other local businesses.
