As a new patient, I chose to use the website to request an appointment for a cleaning. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Dr. Tau himself within 5 minutes of submitting the form - and was able to book an appointment for that week. Dr. Tau was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone, and the rest of the his team followed suit when I showed up for my appointment. I had downloaded the new patient forms from the website and filled them out, so when I got to the office there was very little wait time. Barbara at the front desk was also extremely friendly, and from the time I walked in the office I felt more like I've been a patient with them for years than I did a ""first-timer"". After a tour of the office by Michelle, I was brought into the treatment room where Roxanne, my hygienist did a fantastic job. As a new patient, she took a full set of digital x-rays after which she showed me the results and explained any areas she wanted to have the doctor take a closer look at. She was very thorough, yet gentle, throughout the cleaning. Once the cleaning was done, Dr. Tau came in and took a look at my x-rays and explained any areas of concern. I was able to schedule a follow-up visit with Alex and Dr. Tau to fix a couple of cracked fillings and was on my way. I have had a difficult time finding a dentist I am comfortable with but I have a feeling I will never leave this office. If you are interested in finding a new dentist call Dr. Tau. You will be treated like royalty.
