At all costs stay away from this Attorney. She represented me and my wife and it ended up costing me over $100K (to date) in spousal support that could have been avoided if she had my best interest in mind - not hers. After trying to get what she broke fixed by other attorneys - they pointed out a huge mistake that Wendy made. She allowed in the agreement that I would have to pay spousal support even if I was disabled AND unemployed. Per the 4 lawyers I spoke to both in Santa Cruz and San Jose - an intern wouldn't allow this. She has a very shady past of being immoral. Stealing from department stores, sleeping with clients, moving out of state to run away from her past. I can't articulate strong enough in this review how important it is to stay away from this lawyer. As you can see - her colleagues have had to write reviews. Others have written reviews on her lack of character, ethics and professionalism. There are so many better lawyers out there. I have spent over 100 hours of my time trying to somehow get out of what she did and the stress she has put us through is unimaginable. The other more ""neutral"" attorneys I spoke to - all raised an eyebrow when I stated who represented me. She is known for settling out of court and ""taking the easy road"" for her benefit. Her fees are also unjustified when you look at how she charges.
