Unfortunately I have need an attorney several times in my life. Each time I have been fortunate to get Dan Barnes to represent me. He has always been honest and caring. The people who work for him are always concerned, genunine and friendly. And you won't find a more down to earth guy than Mr. Barnes. He's no stuffed shirt, so if you are looking for somoene who tries to look and act like a big time attorney, he's not for you. But if you want someone who treats you right and will get you results, he's the guy. I was shocked at the sad people who wrote bad reviews but then I remembered that even Jesus couldn't please everyone! No one is perfect, but I have never personally met anyone who has anything but good things to say about Mr. Barnes. You'll often see him around town with his daughter who is in a wheelchair and walker. Just say hello and you'll see what I mean. He's just a guy who happens to be a great lawyer, not some over inflated ego.
Pros: You won't find a better attorney's office.
