My roof had leaked in June, and I had broken tiles which I thought was the problem. Pedro came out, checked out my roof, and since I had the tiles, he replaced the broken tiles and also sealed a vent which may have also contributed to the problem. I really appreciated his straight forwardness and willingness to save us both time and money by fixing it in one trip.
It was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Pedro showed up on time as the office stated. I took him where the leak was ending up in the house. We discussed the possibilty of the skylight being the issue. He went up to the roof and spent some time up there. We heard various noises and then he came back down and stated the skylight had not been properly sealed when it was installed. We discussed the state of the overall roof on the house and then I wrote him a check. Since then we've had no more leaks. Great job!
