in my case the judge violated my right's as a single mother, who wasn't married nor lived with the father, father hadn't even signed birth certificate, owe's back pay child support, hadn't worked in three year's, no stable housing, yet found him to have right's to keep my children from going back to what they know as home, in another state due to this visitation and right's to a dead beat dad, as he was found to be in arizona, where then he lived there, recently said he was in florida, but given right's durring a long visit in chicago, she has in turn put my life at risk, forcing me to stay living ib chicago.
