Dr. Chen is a kind, caring doctor. I don't know who hires his staff but he needs to take the time to find out what they are doing. I have never had so many problems getting phone calls returned. Their latest excuse is my phone number blocks their calls. Really I say, never did before and funny I don't recall having that feature on my phone. Dr. Chen needs to hire his own staff that is as caring as he is.
Pros: Always willing to take time with his patients
Cons: Staff that is not reliable at returning phone calls
