I wish I could said nice things about this place, trust me, I really hoped that would be the case. Please keep in mind that this only reflects the pet resort at Overland, I have no knowledge whatsoever about the hospital's operations. Today, was my first time at Overland Doggie Camp and Care, and what a waste of a great facility! I call it a waste because my dog did not get to enjoy any of it! I left my pet at 9:30am, and throughout 5:30pm she was taken outside her room not even once. I take it the personnel forget they have live webcams, or just do not care about dissapointing their customers. What made it worst, was the fact that I called to check on her, and was told by a very sweet but clueless employee, that my dog was doing fine, that she had already been at the playground twice and was having fun, sadly, those were all lies. The only reason why I brought my dog here was because they offer live webcams, and hours of fun socializing with other dogs and their staff. All I got was a room, indeed with a live webcam that only proved all Overland had offered to be otherwise; a boring, lonely and careless experience for my dog.
