Review content:
I had the most horrible dental service here. Blue Cross gave their number to me, as they were in the area. I am new to LA and had 3 teeth on cavity watch from my previous dentist. I was starting to have pain in one tooth, so I went to have it looked at. I ended up having all 3 cavities filled in November. Every part of the experience was bad, from the initial injections to the outcome. I have never been handled so roughly. My lips, cheeks and gums were completely cut up and bleeding. My teeth had also been filed down smooth, with no grooves or ridges. I couldn't have anything touch my teeth , even a toothbrush for 4 days, when I went back and complained. The dentist did not take any responsibility, but did say a peice of cavitiy had broken off. He said that most people like smooth teeth. He ended up taking all the cavities out and starting again, basically with the same result, only giving me a few ridges. I still could not chew anything on that side of my mouth, even if it was soft. I went back to my previous dentist, halfway across the country, who was shocked at what he saw. He had never seen such horrible work. The fillings were not properly adhered to my teeth. One of them had an air pocket between the filling and the tooth, where bacteria was getting caught. My Dentist barely touched the filling and the entire thing popped off. Dr. Naysan had drilled off the whole top layer of my tooth and covered it all with filling. My dentist had to redo all three teeth and give me a special paste to desensatize two of the teeth, since the Dentin layer of my teeth had been drilled into. My dentist was also surprised at the out of date equipment used when I described it to him. I am still having sensativity issues in MARCH because of the permanent damage done to my teeth. So, unless you are a glutton for punishment and would like to throw away $1,000.000 (as I did) go elsewhere!
Pros: nice location
Cons: incompetent, rough, out of date, pay parking
