I wish I would have read these reviews first, I would have saved myself some hassle. In a nutshell, I had the same exact negative experience everyone else had. I walked in with premium insurance, and walked out with an estimate for $2,900 out of pocket expenses. They wanted to replace my existing crowns (they were slightly cracked) with gold crowns (called the Bio 2000) for $975 each. I asked why I should pay nearly $2,000 for something that my insurance covers for free, and was told that these are ""top of the line."" I continued to ask if I could have the crowns that my insurance covers for free, and she said they don't use those. My only other option was to pay $850 each for their lower line of crowns. She then tried to get me to buy a mouth guard for $550. When I tried to leave, she offered me a 6% discount if I signed the contract right there. I left anyways, and received a call the next day trying to tell me that if I wanted the work done, I better hurry because their appointments were booking up fast. It was seriously like buying a car. It was surreal. I requested a second opinion from my insurance company (which they quickly approved). I cannot believe this company is still in business. Pros: State of the art equipment Cons: Blatant rip off
