I live out of state and have relied on RPM to management several rental homes for me for over 10 years. They have always done an outstanding job more me through many challenging issues such as insurance claims with a tree on the roof in a windstorm, water flooding a basement, and other ""crisis"" type issues. Troy is the best! He is fair, reasonable, proactive, and overall I can't think of anything he could do to be better. Hire RPM (and specifically Troy) to manage your property and you will be happy with the results.
