This company needs to work out the flaws. Here is what I experienced. First, it took two weeks before they posted picures of my house and I had to call them to inform them of this issue. Then the hired property manager did not show up on time which I found out from the neighbors. This may have turned away some potentially good tenants. The biggest issue we have is that we do not see our rent check until the middle of the month. So, they get the rent check the first of every month and we get it around the 12th or the 14th or whenever they ""cut the check"" . People have mortgages to pay and this company does not care about that. Overall, horrible experience and we will not be signing with them once our contract is up. As a military family we can not rely on this poor service and will pick the battle of doing it ourselves.
