Review content:
This is my third car purchase with Heritage Volkswagen. I hate buying cars - I'd rather avoid it at all costs - but Heritage makes me feel comfortable. I've dealt with Amr Hallaba in the past, and as long as he continues to be at Heritage, I will keep buying cars there and nowhere else. They are offering a great product, they always make me feel like a valuable customer, they offer great service support after the sale, and above all, they don't seem like the negative stereotype of ""car salesman"". As someone who loved my first car and was only interested in trading for a new one if it made financial sense (in fact, I loved my car so much that I bought the newer version of EXACTLY the same car), Chris Kehm seemed more like a trusted consultant than a salesman. Everything was termed from a standpoint of ""if it makes financial sense for you"" and not trying to push me toward the purchase. It left me feeling comfortable, which in turn, made me much more open to doing business with them. Additionally, my knowledge of the service department at Heritage left me knowing I'd continue to have partners in caring for my car long after the sale.
