This Law Firm is unprofessional, they get paid for a job in full and do nothing to help! My wife's parents passed and they have sent out letters with incorrect information and at such a difficult time already, they are paid to remember and get the accurate information! They also cannot even get the correct spelling of names on legal documents, which may seem minor however a judge could if he so desired throw it out of court for that reason alone.If you try to tell them what they did wrong, they have no time to listen, they claim no fault at all even when it is in black and white in front of their faces, clearly their mistakes! They are rude on the phone, especially his wife whom is the most snappish, inconsiderate woman I have ever dealt with. They did not make the calls to stop the bill collectors from calling, basically all they did was go to probate court file the papers and did not handle anything else. I would not recommend this Law Firm to anyone! I had an attorney when my father passed whom also was paid in full and I never had to make one phone call to my father'sbill collector's, infact everything was handled by my fathers attorney and this law firm of Dwain Blaschke does nothing but collect! Unprofessional to say the least!
