To start this off...I just read and re-read ""Aurora A's"" review, and this woman is further from the truth! my daughter is now 4 months old, and just recently had her 4 month appointment...and yes, I too got the paper on introducing solid foods. And Dr Cawley did dicsuss how to get this ball rolling. ask questions if you are not sure of something, they are more than willing to answer!\r I too wondered why the waiting room was never packed with families waiting to be seen? So, I asked the front desk woman, and for the life of me I forget her name, But , she told me that they schedule accordingly( if they can help it) so ""our families dont have to wait."" Which I welcome, who wouldnt?\r \r This practice is fabulous! I never, ever have to wait, and if I did, that would be ok, because I never have too. I think Dr Cawley is very accurate and very thorough. Babies cry when they are undressed, held down, checked out..get over it. I'd rather have my daughter cold on the white paper, while the doctor looks her over, then covered in a blanket, and him miss something important.\r and I highly doubt that the doctor refused to talk with this family, I have peppered this poor man with question after question, and he always makes feel at ease and not rushed. I have even called in and talked with the nurses, who are very knowledgeable, and if they are not sure of the answer, they honestly say, that they are not sure and ALWAYS get back to me after talking with the doctor.\r For a small office, I still am amazed at how they do it all, but they do; from the scheduling, to the paperwork and forms they have to get done, for my daughters daycare.\r Dr Cawley is lucky to have the girls he has working for him. I have to say I really connected with Christine, the main nurse there, she recently had a baby and has given some useful mommy tips(thank you Christine!) and the front desk nurse, cant remember her name, sorry, but know her daughter is due to have a baby.....See.....can you get this in a large practice with 7-8 doctors, doubt it, Im sure the front desk people barely even talk with you!\r hope this helped!\r \r \r
