Best Fitness Drumhill... Stay away from this place and save yourself the aggravation!!! I signed up with the intention to loose weight and get fit the only thing I lost was alot of money and my good credit rating. They have a pretty slick method of reaching into your pocket and convincing you to turn over your credit card, don't do it!!!. I thought I was signing up for a 6 month personal training package, but found out on the 7th month there was a 30 day cancellation clause. How can that be ? its in the fine print in 8 point font, no I was not informed at signing and when I called the club the manager laughed at me saying ""don't you read what you sign, and you are getting billed next month too because you need 30 days to cancel"" I was furious but sent a letter but on the 8th month I was billed on the 9th month you guessed it billed again here we are the 10th month still being billed. I shut down my credit card but found out they have a contract so can bill me anyway. These are $156 dollar payment people they have taken a total of $1,560. and here's the kicker after only 2 months working with this personal trainer who continually forgot my name and who I am, I would think he could have taken a minute to grab my chart and read it, then he would have seen that I have a chronic back ailment and given me exercises that I could do safely and with out injury. But no so now I am injured and can't even use the gym. What a mess I wish I never stepped foot in this place and I am still being billed and have to fight this in court. My message to you if your thinking of joining this gym go ahead if you like punishment
