I took my 2001 Isuzu Trooper in to them b/c it was making noises, and they quickly found the problem and walked me through both over the phone and physically showing me what was wrong. It took a few days longer than expected but they lent me a car to drive while they worked on it! they made a tight situation easy and as stress free as possible. And what a great, friendly staff they have their, specifically Marlena. she kept me informed the whole time and treated me not as a customer or transaction, but as a person. thanks guys, the car is running smoothly.
