I totally agree with the second reviewer. I am a 19 year old college student with tuition and book fees and what feels like the world on my financial shoulders. However I was willing to set aside a reasonable amount of money for my needs. But my experience with Dr. newman was terribly discouraging. The whole thing is a total scam. The office assistants are incredibly slow and incompetent. The doctor spends little to no time with the patient. He is rude and distracted. His most important task: to improve your skin, is the least important issue.
He does NOT offer brand solutions other than his atrociously unaffordable line and he acts disgusted and rude when you ask for other options. That man should NOT have been a doctor. People and their needs are not a priority to him. The office is stinky and dirty and it has this whole “Beverly Hills” front but as we all know, looks can obviously be deceiving. I would never wish my experience upon another person looking for dermatological help. There are plenty of other more effective, friendlier, cheaper doctors in a city like Los Angeles than to waste your time and go through the pain of an office like Dr newmans.
