Louisiana Longhorn Cafe might be the only local, so-called ""Cajun"" restaurant that would be successful in Acadiana...the heart of Cajun Country. Why?!..because this is how real Cajuns prepare their food. Nothing avant garde with non-indigenous ingredients and fancy-smancy titles. Just straightforward, old-fashioned Cajun cuisine that embodies the essence of South Louisiana. This is the real deal. OUTSTANDING!
