I wish I could actually give this place NO stars. ALL parents be advised there is a male doctor at this place named Dr. Phil Caldwell who is verbally abusive towards children. He lies about what he says and has NO proof or witnesses that will speak on his behalf to back up his side. My 6 year old child told me after a procedure on April 1st that this old man told him to ""shut up and be still"". This is NOT a safe, happy or healthy environment for ANY child as long as this man is allowed to be around the children! Parents are NOT allowed in the treatment areas so its my 6 year olds word against Dr. Caldwell's. Do yourself and your child a favor and NEVER EVER bring your kids here. They will never want to go to any dentist ever aging after being verbally abused by Dr. Cladwell. Our dental insurance company has other complaints about this doctor on file too. I had no clue this dentist office had a male doctor and neither did a lot of the other parents I warned. I reported him to MetLife, tricare and wrote a letter to the state & local board of dentistry. I brought this issue to the attention of the office manager and he did NOTHING!
