I ripped one of my contact lenses and was stuck at work without lenses. I needed to get replacements fast, and called Kips Bay because they were nearby. Since I wasn't a patient there, they told me I would need a copy of my prescription (even though I knew exactly what lens I wore). I didn't have it with me, and was in a jam. They were really good about it and were able to call my doctor and verify my lens right away. They didn't have the type of lenses I wear but was able to get them that same day by 4:00! Great service! Nice, helpful people.
