Review content:
Just came back from a trip through time... one in which there was still customer service, friendly people, and caring office workers. Okay, so the last three days I've been waking up with a killer toothache. Last night it got to be too much! So I called my boss, told him I was going to find a dentist and couldn't come in.
A little while back I got a special through Amazon - $2000 toward veneers for $87 at Boratz Dental (which I really got for the deep cleaning that comes with the deal) but I hadn't had a chance to go down for the consultation meeting.
So I go down there this morning in the hopes I can get slipped in between appointments. I go in a little before 9. Pricilla and the front desk reception crew was so warm and inviting! (When was the last time your retail experience was so good you remembered the names of those who helped you?)
They did everything they could to fit me in, took x-rays, completed the procedure, and had me walking out by 11:30
And what was the procedure? A Freeeeeeking root canal!!! Yep, the dreaded RC. And every step of the way, Dr. Boratz was making sure I was confortable... he was explaining what he was doing, and even gave me a choice of treatments. Cindy helped me get a payment plan (since I didn't have a cool $1400 in my back pocket). In short, although I was in serious pain, I walked out smilin BIG time! My tooth was fixed... my wallet was a bit lighter, but I walked out smiling! My reccomendation couldn't be any stronger, heavier, or more deeply felt!
Thanks guys!!!!!
