Review content:
About one year ago, I ran into a neighbor who told me about Bamboo Moves in
Forest Hills. Since I had not attended yoga classes for several years, although
I still considered myself a true yogini, I decided to check it out myself. The very
first day that I walked in, I was impressed with the serenity and calm of the studio
space as well as the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Since then, I have
become a regular at this awesome studio. Bamboo Moves offers a sense of
community through activities like the Veggie Challenge and Labor Day Retreat to
those who attend classes there and gives back to the community through many
of their good works such as supporting the local Community House and distant
places such as Nicaragua. Since resuming my yogic journey last year, I have
met many wonderful and talented people including instructors, staff, and people
like myself that attend the studio. I absolutely recommend at Bamboo Moves in
Forest Hills without reservation.
