I am sorry I had to give this salon one star, because it does not even deserve that. I had shoulder length hair and asked for a trim and came out with hair so short I may as well be a gym teacher. He wacked at least 4 inches off (already above shoulder length hair) it is so unbelievably short my husband's first words out of his mouth were, ""What was he thinking?!"" Sean (the hairdresser) had absolutely no remorse, no words of comfort or assistance. To add insult to injury it was a very expensive haircut around $100, however, I would pay 10x that amount to have my hair back. I really do not recommend going to Sean.
