I went to Innovations today because I thought they would have a lovely salon. The website is inviting and the prices are very reasonable. The entire experience did not live up to any of my expectations.\r
I walked in to an empty reception area and after about 10 minutes a few women came out, one finally asked ""have you been helped?"" She went and got my hair dresser who was just incredibly rude the entire time. She walked out into the lobby and simply said, ""you ready?"" She used a dirty comb, literally had to pick hair out of it before brushing my hair. Yuck! She didn't really ask what kind of cut I was looking for. Since I immediately didn't feel confident in my hair dresser I simply asked for a trim. I was in the chair for less than 15 minutes with a very average cut. Even though $35 is a very reasonable price for a cut, I feel like I wasted every dime I spent there. Definitely not a salon I would go back to.
