If I could give zero starts I would. I went for a basic haircut. In the past I've had great luck with Aveda salons (ChiWah in Rochester and Classical Concepts in Albany) so I made an appointment. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. There was hair on the floor and seat that she had me sit in. I wanted no layers, and she cut layers. She also cut about an inch shorter than I asked her to, and use thinning shears without saying anything to me, which I really disliked.
Between waiting 15 minutes, not getting a good haircut and there being hair everywhere, I won't ever go back.
