When I had rotator cuff surgery, and my insurance was no longer paying for physical therapy, I went to Custom Fitness Concepts, LLC. to help rehab my shoulder. It really helped to make my arm and shoulder stronger. I ended up sticking with it because I saw more results than just in my arm. I've been there over a year now, and I really think that because it's tough, it works and gets you in shape.
The instructors are really helpful and are flexible in working with you no matter what level you are at. They'll modify your workouts to fit what you need. Also, the instructors and the people in the class are very encouraging. I also like that the business itself is very flexible if you need to reschedule. This is a great company!
