Review content:
I was very happy with Custom Fitness Concepts. I first joined the boot camp because I wanted to improve my overall health. I have never taken part in a boot camp style class before, and I didn't really know what to expect, but it has been an incredible experience for me. In just a matter of 4 or 5 months I have seen dramatic results specifically tied to my strength and energy. I can do a lot more than I could when I first started when it comes to things like planks and sit-ups and other exercises. I have seen an increase in how I can perform these exercises, and in running as well. At first, we had laps to run, and I may not have been able to complete the laps, and now I'm doing better at that. Boot camp also just gets me going in the morning. I absolutely love going! Yes, my alarm goes off at 5:30 in the morning, but it definitely provides me with a jump start. I would definitely encourage anyone who is looking for something to consider boot camp. It's definitely a good value. Custom Fitness Concepts offers various levels of membership, and they can include it in your total work out routine. Also, it's nice that the instructors and trainers do something different every day. It leaves your muscles confused, which is obviously a good thing when your trying to improve your overall fitness. I don't have any expectation of what's happening that day, but it's always pretty high intensity. They really tailor the workout to all levels of fitness though. For people who are training for a marathon or who just have really good health, or people who are just getting started, the instructors are all friendly and nice. They try to tailor the exercises to you, and if you need a modification or have stress in an area that you are weaker in they are sensitive to it. I definitely promote Custom Fitness Concepts. They are a part of my conversations with friends. I'm definitely a fan!
