My wife and I have attended about 80 classes at Custom Fitness Concepts, LLC. The instructors are very good. We have experienced about half a dozen instructors and we think Andrea is the best instructor so far. We both prefer the time of day we go, which is 6am. The good thing about their classes, are that they are always different and never predictable. We've been to so many classes and never had one repeat itself which we think is very good. They manage to push you through one muscle group each class. Most classes offer some flexibility and are not one size fits all, which they could improve. There are different degrees of fitness among the attendees, so you're going at the lowest speed of the slowest person, so not everybody is challenged as far as they could be. On a cardio level, they don't manage to push us as much as we push ourselves when we workout on our own. I think it's hard for them because their are different degrees of fitness in each class. We take classes twice a week, and also work out on our own 4-5 times. I think they should find some way of rewarding or create an incentive plan or a loyalty program for those people who are regulars and are consistent in their workouts and attending class. Right now they only offer incentives for people who join and drop out, their offered incentives to come back.
