When I started training with Custom Fitness Concepts about 4 years ago, it was so hard. After every class I went to, I said that it was my last class!
I stuck with it because I was getting such a good workout. I love it. I usually show up tired, right after work, but once the workout begins, I am always so glad I went.
I like that the classes are outdoors. I have had gym memberships in the past but have never used them. With Custom Fitness Concepts, we do a combination of cardio and strength training, including Pilates movements, yoga and stretching.
The instructors are helpful no matter what level you are at. They push you and modify the exercises for everyone so that you do what you can. Everyone goes to their own limit.
I am definitely a lot stronger and have more endurance now. Building that endurance has helped me with my soccer.
I always recommend Custom Fitness Concepts to people. I know some people who were overweight and were able to lose the weight from doing the classes. If you go 3 times a week, you will start seeing a difference immediately, within the first 2 weeks.
If you like to work out and are serious about getting in shape, I would say give it a try.
