Review content:
I went there to look for a part for a Troy Bilt weedeater. A man in the parts department was helping me, when the woman next to him interrupted. She insisted that I must have the wrong serial number because the computer indicated the needed part was only $14.50, when most parts like that are about $35. She told me I shouldn't buy the part because she thought it would be wrong and her store would be stuck with my item and they wouldn't want it. I told her I was sure of the serial number. And she rudely told me that when it was wrong, I would be stuck with that item and would have to wait for the correct one to come in. The man who was originally helping me did a fine job, but the woman should be fired. She lost my business.
