I arrived at 4:15pm for a 4:00pm appointment because my GPS provided the incorrect directions. I called a few minutes after my appointment time and after the prompts reached a receptionist that provided me with directions. Upon arrival I signed in and was immediately called by Kelly Franckowiak\r . She asked me, ""If I knew I was 15 minutes late"". After explaining to her that I was turned around. She asked, ""If I had called to let someone know that I was late."" I told her that I had just spoken to someone to get directions. She then turned to everyone in the office to ask if they had received a call from me as if I was a small child and making up a a lie. She then told me that we needed to get started with the appt. because she had to pick her son up by 5:30pm. I indicated to her that I was not interested in keeping the appt. because I did not like her attitude. If this is how you choose to treat your customers, I definitely don't want services from you. I have never seen anything like it. \r
